We will felicitate the New Indian Cardinal, His Beatitude George Alencherry on this occasion. His Eminence Telesphore P. Cardinal Toppo, Archbishop of Ranchi and His Excellency Debabrata Saha, the Indian ambassador to Italy will also participate in the programme. We are glad to announce that our new Directory of IPSBU – 2012 will be released during this public meeting.
